"Comfortable and work-friendly fit"
I ordered the tunic and trousers and the sizing was accurate for me. They fit about how I expected, maybe just a little roomy, but that works well for wearing them to work. If you prefer a more tailored fit, you might feel differently, but for everyday workwear I’m happy with them. No real complaints.

"Delivery was right on time"
My Medisave order arrived exactly when they said it would, which I really appreciated. No chasing around, no hassle, just a straightforward delivery. The tracking information was clear enough, and everything was packed properly when it got here. Overall, a very smooth experience, I’d definitely use them again

"Really comfy and true to size"
I ordered a tunic and trousers from medisave.co.uk and I’m really pleased with them. I wasn’t completely sure about the sizing, but I stuck with my usual size and they fit just right, not too tight and not too loose. I wore them through a long shift and they stayed comfortable the whole day, which is always the real test. The material feels good and it’s easy to move around in. I’d definitely buy from them again

Checkout was really quick and there was basically no fuss, which I appreciated. it felt a little too simple at first, like I wondered if I missed something, but in the end everything went through fine and I can’t really complain.

I had to send something back to medisave.co because I’d ordered the wrong item by mistake. i wasn’t expecting the refund to come through so quickly, but it was back on my card within a couple of days. No chasing, no hassle, just sorted. Happy with that, to be honest, and it definitely makes me feel more comfortable ordering from them again if I need to

"Decent overall, but I’d double-check big orders"
I placed a bulk order and, to be fair, most of it showed up in good condition. It did take longer than I was expecting though, and one item was missing when the order first arrived. I contacted customer service and they did get it sorted, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but if you’re ordering in bulk, I’d probably keep an eye on the shipment and check everything right away. The process could definitely be a bit smoother.

"Easy to Find the Brands I Trust"
I’ve been using Medisave mainly because they have such a solid range of brands all in one place. I was able to find the gloves and uniform brands I already know and trust without having to jump between different websites, which was a big plus. The prices felt fair, the site was straightforward to use, and checkout was quick. Overall, it gave me a lot of confidence ordering from them, and I’d happily use them again...

"Pretty accurate overall"
The item matched the description on Medisave, and the sizes and details were all right. I did notice one small thing looked a little different, well, not different in a bad way, just slightly off from what I expected. Nothing major though, and overall I’m happy with it.

I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t have the energy to go back and forth, so I messaged customer service hoping it wouldn’t be a hassle. They got back to me quickly and answered my question without making it into a whole big thing, which I really appreciated.

"Delivery Update Was Off, But It Did Arrive"
The tracking said my order had been delivered, which was frustrating because it wasn’t actually there. It ended up showing up two days later, so I’m glad it eventually arrived, but the delivery update definitely caused some unnecessary confusion.

"Good overall, but not quite perfect"
Overall, I think this was a good choice and I’m happy with it for the most part. That said, I do have high standards, and there were a few things missing that I wish had been included. It’s still a solid option, just not completely ideal for what I personally look for
